Darryl Bilodeau is an associate lawyer with Morisawa De Koven Professional Corporation. His practice focuses on matters related to knowledge-based companies, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, commercial lease agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, and employment and consulting contracts.  He also regularly provides advice on strategies for licensing intellectual property, and obtaining Canadian trade-mark, copyright, and industrial design registrations.

Darryl obtained a B. Eng. in electrical engineering in 2002 from Carleton University and an LL. B. from Queen’s University in 2007. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
