Darryl Bilodeau has joined Morisawa De Koven Professional Corporation as an associate lawyer. His practice will focus on matters related to knowledge-based companies, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, commercial lease agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, offers of employment, employment and consulting contracts. He will also provide advice on strategies for licensing intellectual property, and obtaining Canadian trade-mark, copyright, and industrial design registrations.
Darryl obtained a B. Eng. in electrical engineering in 2002 from Carleton University and an LL. B. from Queen’s University in 2007. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
